Gorgeous coat. Extremely warm and soft. Even though its so warm, it doesn't feel like you're wearing a thick coat... so comfortable. I usually buy a size up at Superdry, but I only needed my normal size in this coat. So I ordered bigger and had to exchange, but Superdry exchanged really quickly. Excellent service
