Very warm coat after wearing it twice the zip closed up and is unuseable. I have tried to contact Superdry for a replacement by calling the number on their website which has an automated response to use the online chat as they are not answering calls. I went online and the chat option is not available only email. I emailed them and it could take upto 2 weeks to get a response!!! This is not customer service at all and I would not buy a superdry product again. Disappointed with the product and Disappointed with non existent customer service.

Excellent quality jacket, very warm and such a good fit. The style and colour were true to the online picture. Very pleased with this purchase and would definitely buy a Superdry product again.
