Love this jacket. Perfect for autumn. slightly tight under the arms so if in between sizes I would go up a size. Ordered the size 8 originally but had to return for the 10

Certainly has not been for me, I ordered a coat from Superdry, the driver did not come on the day we were told and came the day after at 19:47. He was extremely unprofessional and very very rude to me. He called my home buzzer from downstairs and when I asked who it was he faintly and lazily replied after 5 seconds of waiting, "delivery" and when I asked who it was for he had the cheek to say "I just buzzed your number, who do you think its for". he has no right to speak to me like that! I was asking who it was for as a lot of times I collect my neighbour's parcels when they are not in. nevertheless, I decided that I should just let it go as he might be having a bad day, your driver ( who you should be training on customer service and how to speak to someone) had the nerve to bring me up on it and tell me "don't waste my time". in complete shock, I told him I would be speaking to his manager and that he was completely out of line. he looked at me and laughed and said in that case you are not receiving your parcel and proceeded to go to my neighbours as there was another package in his hands. he brought them the wrong package and did not want to admit he was wrong. by this time my mum had awoken and seen me arguing with a delivery man over a package (it was a surprise present to her from me) and asked what was wrong. the man rudely just walked out and said he didn't want to speak to her or me as I was calling his manager. after waiting a week for a package that was also delayed a day late my surprise gift to my mum was ruined by some buffoon you had employed to work for you. I have never had a problem with him although he does usually deliver my parcels. The delivery man was male black around 5ft 6 and had a grey stubble with little hair on his head.
