Absolutely love this coat. Bought on line as a present for me. It came within a few days, using normal postage option. Packaged nicely. Emailed with delivery information so I knew exactly when it was coming. The coat is really good quality and as a petite female, the size 8 is a great fit. It's also super padded and definitely keeps you warm in the winds. Overall, I am very happy with the product and service aswell as the cost, as this was bought in a sale 😊

Unfortunately I did not receive my order from SUPERDRY. I was notified by the courier Evri that they could not deliver my order and returned it back to SUPERDRY. I received a refund but no explanation as to why I could not receive my order. I therefore did not receive my jacket. Very disappointed!
