Premium Down Classics Rescue Parka Coat

Superdry women's Premium Down Classics rescue parka coat. Stay warm this season in this parka coat featuring an adjustable faux fur trim, waistband and hem all for extra comfort. Also featured is a removable hood, two external zip pockets, one internal popper pocket, a multi layer two way zip and button fastening, ventilation under the sleeves and ribbed cuffs. Complete with 90/10 premium duck down filling, Superdry logo badge on one sleeve and metal Superdry logo branding on the other sleeve.

Firstly, the positives, it looks great and I have had compliments. Unfortunately, there are too many negatives. The pockets are lined with what feels like quite cheap material, no warmth to them at all. The buttons lined up the front in between the 2 zips, obstruct the outer zip when trying to do up. Considering it is from the superdry premium range, and actively promotes it has been designed with winter in mind, it is not actually that warm. I contemplated returning this, but instead will use for when the weather isn't too bad, and just use my old coat for when I need something more robust.

Didn’t like the silver letters on the sleeve that were stuck on as they made the coat look cheap. Also thought it was over priced.

Had my eye on this coat for some time, but really didn't want to pay full price! So waited until it was reduced. I've purchased a few full price premium superdry coats & they've been worth every penny. This one however is a bit of a let down in terms of warmth, it is nowhere near a warm as other premium coats. Having said that I have kept it as I love the overall style/fit/fur hood, but I'm afraid I would have returned it if I had paid full price.
