Terrible quality and the replacement was no better. To add insult to injury the request for a 3rd replacement was met with the second sweater being returned to me, in an attempt to pass it off as new. Beware trying to request replacement items for poor quality items as you may too fall fowl to this. I am still waiting on my goodwill gesture credit if £10. Superdry let me down this time.
