Unfortunately I never got the item, the delivery driver claimed it was delivered but I was in all day and it wasn't, they have looked for it and are unable to find my parcel or even say where it was left. I asked if I could have a replacement sent to a store for collection as I didn't want the same thing happening again and this was not possible so I had to have a refund. Couldnt find a number to call and had to deal with it all online, typed out my issue and the assistant couldn't see it so had to send the whole thing again. Huge waste of my time, stressful and wouldn't bother shopping online again, would prefer if it came recorded with royal mail and more simple customer service processes.
