Item has not arrived despite receiving an email on 29/11/19 stating it has been dispatched. The courier company (DPD) never even received the parcel from there records!! Despite numerous calls and emails to Customer Care, I’ve still not been able to speak to anyone. Been on hold for over 45 minutes so gave up and no replies to my emails. Just awful service and will never buy from them again.

Decent Chelsea boots - don’t feel they fit entirely to size but I learnt that long ago so go small !
