Worse customer service, such a shame for big company like this. I returned the item for exchange, it’s been 9 days since they received it and nobody responding , no exchange, no refund, no response

Most definitely size up! I’m usually a size Medium/Large in jackets/outerwear and based on other reviewers’ suggestions, I went with an XL in this jacket and it fits good. Please know that if you aren’t used to wearing clothing that fits snug (which is true for most of the UK/Europe based brands as compared to US based brands), even after sizing up, you might find it slightly tighter than what you usually wear. It’s just how the fit of this jacket is. The jacket has a good weight and the leather feels thick and sturdy. Going with an XL for a 40R jacket size, I still have room to wear a light sweater underneath and zip up the jacket. If you get a chance to grab it on sale, it is definitely well worth the money and a good value! I wish they had made this same jacket in brown as well.

High quality product with a great look and feel. It has cool features that are hard to come by in leather jackets such as the mostly button up pockets and double collar. The website unfortunately has a poor set of photos that don't highlight its best features, which made outside sources a better tool for obtaining info about it.
