Great shorts, i had ordered a pair a few weeks before and liked them so ordered another pair in a different colour. Unfortunatly they sent me another pair the same colour which i had to return. I returned via EVRI (who had delivered them). I printed the return label at home and took them a an EVRI pickup shop as instructed. EVRI said they would send me a tracking code after they had picked them up. Its been 8 days and have still not heard from them. The number on the shop return receipt does not work. I have tried to contact EVRI by phone and email but you need a tracking number, which they didn't send, so i have no way of contacting them. The shop said the package was picked up.
I have tried to contact Superdry the contacts for customer services do not work and looking for alternatives on the internet just send you to the Superdry products page.
It seems these companies are happy to contact you with requests for reviews and promoting products but make it impossible for you to contact them in the event of a problem. I am not sure if i would use these companies again. In the future i would probably pay a few pounds postage than send a return via EVRI
