Order didn't arrive so was send two replacement pairs. One used and ripped pair arrived in the package! No idea how this passes any quality control for orders especially sending used chinos during a lockdown. Was then told I had to return them myself. Have had to contact customer services 5 times until they have refunded me and I've only got a refund for one pair. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Would recommend looking at another retailer who values customers and doesn't try to get away with not issuing refunds.
