Although I had to return these as they didn't fit, the ordering and returns procedure was faultless. The trousers felt good quality though.

Product is great. Only problem is that the website says the model is 6' tall wearing 32" leg. I am 5' 11", so I ordered the 32" leg believing it would bunch at the ankle at least as much as on the 6' model. Sadly, the 32" leg is barely long enough for me - no bunching at all !! Wish I'd got the 34" leg. So either the model is well under 6 ' tall, or the pants he's wearing are a lot more than 32". Probably the single biggest difficulty with buying clothes on line is getting the right size. So it's really, really annoying when the website it self misleads you like this.
