Very disappointed with the new postage charges which were applied, initially to order the goods on the first place, but especially on the returns. I was charged twice for two parcels. This seemed completely unfair as the whole delivery of 5 separate items came in one delivery, I had to use two separate parcels to return them. I was very annoyed by this. It will definitely make me reconsider when choosing to purchase from Superdry again, which is a massive shame, as I was a big fan in the past!
