Wrong size item sent even though labelled XXL a small was sent and very disappointed as it was a Christmas gift.

I really wanted this item but it was sent to me with a security tag attached. They couldn’t remove it in the store and now it is out of stock…and it took over two weeks to get my money back by which time I’d been charged interest on my credit card. Apart from that, really great.
