The order arrived on-time and came within a brown paper package (with the company's logo so careful if you are ordering as a gift) and no other wrapping. This seemed odd at first but it is nice to see an environmentally-friendly approach to shipping if this was the case. The jumper is lovely (not too thick or thin) and has a slim-fit which is what I was after.

When trying to order I had to call the help number to guide me. The web site was not clear at all, and I could not order. After a wait of twenty five minutes, I finally connected to a very helpful young woman who patiently guided me through and for that I am very grateful. The sweater was sent direct to my son, who is delighted with it.
