I've ordered the jacket on the Superdry online store during a sale. It arrived fairly quickly but they use Hermes as a courier, which is just the worst. The driver left the package outside the delivery hours I was given. I was in the house but he didn't bother knocking and signed for instead of me. The jacket is of decent quality but can't help but feel it being still overpriced even if bought during a sale. The major problem was that the jacket was all squashed in the bag and wrinkly, fur lost its shape. Contacted customer care and they didn't get back to me. Not impressed.
