I ordered this jacket and paid £32.50. When it arrived it was creased and had been opened the tag on the jacked had been blackened out with a marker but you can still see the original price of £18.99. I returned the jacket and emailed customer services which I am still waiting for a response from the 3 weeks later. I’m disappointed and lost faith in the Superdry brand.
