The jacket is not warm enough. The zip stopped working correctly after 2 days. I ordered this jacket a month ago in small size which didn't fit me (from other retailers it does). I wanted to exchange with a bigger size. Went on the website, didn't recognize my order number. Call customer care had to wait for 1 hour before someone attended. The person asked me to go to a page and put my order details and get a form for exchange. That page also didn't recognize my order. Called again this time the wait time was 35 minutes. The customer service person emailed me the form for exchange. I packed the jacket with the exchange form and after few days rather than exchange my money is refunded without any information on exchange. Now the price of jacket is increased on website but still buy another and the zip stopped working after 2 days. All in all a waste of 1 month in all this process.

I love Superdry clothing bit really feel let down by my recent couple of purchases online, both items came up totally too small, returned items and continuously chasing for funds to be deposited 3 weeks later
