The hoodie arrived damaged, unfortunately. It looks like the sewing machinist might have accidentally snipped a hole in the side of the seam while cutting off some lose thread. Being on the seam this will probably rip further at some point and it's a noticeable sized hole.
The actual material and production of the hoodie is high quality, as we expect from superdry, but due to the damage I gave this review 4 stars and not 5.
I would however like to say that superdry customer service is top notch and they apologised for the damage and gave me clear instructions on how to return it via post or in store, and were super friendly. So overall 4 stars I feel is a far review... mistakes happen, its how a company deals with them that they should be judged on. :)
