The baseball cap pushes the ears down, as it is too big. Yes the cap is adjustable for the diameter of head yet the cap is too deep... in hindsight looking at the photos of the model wearing the cap, he has the same issue. So seemingly it is not that I have a small head... these caps are too big. I want to return it but they’ve made it very difficult to return items now since they’ve changed the returns procedure.
